Warranty does not cover

  • No warranty on burnt and physical damage of the product.
  • Defects or damage occurred from the use of the product in connection with other accessories.
  • Damage or inoperability caused while repairing by the end user or any unauthorized service/repair center.

Damage

This warranty does not cover any physical and / or electrical damage resulting from,
but not limited to:

  • Accident / neglect
  • Misuse
  • Abuse
  • Malicious destruction
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Acts of nature
  • Abuse
  • Overchariging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not
    recommended by the manufacturer.

Eligibility to claim warranty

  • Without a valid proof of purchase, Hamaan reserves the rights to refuse warranty services.
  • Hamaan reserves the right to refuse ‘free of charge’ warranty claim if the information
    shared is incomplete / illegible for the claim / fault in the customer details.
  • Warranty claim should be made within 1 year of product purchase.
  • Repair of replacement under the terms of warranty does not provide right to
    extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  • Hamaan may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components
    when repairing or replacing a defective product.
  • While sending the product for replacement to Hamaan warehouse, shipping charges
    must be handled by the buyer.
